Reservation Process:

Bookings must be made through our official booking platform or by contacting our designated representative. Upon confirmation, a final invoice, including the travel fee for distance and toll charges, will be sent.

 

Confirmation and Payment:

Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive an email with the final invoice through Zeller, detailing the due date for payment. Full payment is required to secure the reservation.

 

Cancellation Policy:

No cancellations or refunds will be provided after the full amount has been paid.

 

Event Details:

Clients must provide accurate event details, including the venue address, contact person, and specific requirements at the time of booking. Any changes must be communicated at least 2 days before the event.

 

Access and Parking:

Please ensure convenient access and parking space for our ice cream van at the venue.

 

Space and Access Requirements:

Clients are responsible for ensuring adequate space (minimum 3x6m, flat) for the ice cream van at the venue.

 

Power Supply:

While our van comes with a generator, we appreciate if hosts can provide 3-phase power to minimize noise disruptions.

 

Service Duration:

The service duration depends on the required portion amount, with additional hours available at an extra cost.

 

Flavour Selection:

Clients must choose their desired flavours, with changes allowed up to 1 day before the event.

 

Arrival and Departure:

Our van will arrive 15 minutes before the booked time and depart after the serving is finished.

 

Freshly Made at Venue:

Note that our ice cream products are freshly made on-site, requiring a minimum of 10 minutes for the freezing process.

 

Weather Contingency:

In case of adverse weather, clients must provide an alternate covered location or agree to reschedule the event.

 

Final Guest Count:

Clients must confirm the final guest count at least 3 days before the event, with additional charges for changes afterward.

 

Health and Safety:

Our team adheres to all health and safety regulations. Clients must ensure guests' safety around the ice cream van.

 

Client Responsibilities:

Clients are responsible for any permits or permissions required for the ice cream van at the event venue.
